The State of Tennessee requires the following for all children entering kindergarten. Please bring to registration: 1) Child’s Birth Certificate, 2) Immunization Record, 3) Physical Examination and 4) Social Security Card, 5) Proof of Residency. Any child entering kindergarten must be five (5) years of age on or before September 30th.
