Literacy Leader - Holly Anderson I began my teaching career in 2001 and taught kindergarten for five years before joining Forks River School. I am a graduate of Smith County High School and Tennessee Technological University. I received by bachelor's degree in 2001, my masters in instructional leadership in 2003 and my educational specialist degree also in instructional leadership in 2009 all from Tennessee Technological University. I truly feel that education is my calling. I enjoy working with students and helping teachers teach. I have the best of both worlds here at Forks River School. I am able to help students each week through the computer lab as well as small group interventions. I am also able to help our teachers with curriculum and the wide variety of other expectations of the teaching profession. I enjoy being a part of the Forks River family. My husband Lance and I live in Tanglewood with our daughters Hannah and Bella. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling.
