To speed up the registration process, please print and fill out the following forms for each child, and bring with you when you enroll your child/children at Forks River Elementary School.

 Explorer:
  1. With browser open, click File.
  2. Go down to Page Setup
  3. In the Page Setup Box, go down to bottom right corner.
  4. Change:
    Left Margin:  .5
    Right Margin:  .5
    Top Margin:   .5
    Bottom Margin:  .5
 Netscape:
  1. With browser open, Click File.
  2. Go down to Page Setup.
  3. In the Page Setup Box, click on Margins & Header/Footer Tab.
  4. Change:
    Left Margin:  .5
    Right Margin:  .5
    Top Margin:  .5
    Bottom Margin: .5

  1. With browser open, click File.
  2. Go down and click on Print.
